ゆる体操教室の日程です
11月、12月の川西能勢口ゆる体操教室の日程ですが、11月は7,14,21,28 12月5,12,19,26です。
それから、毎週水曜日にゆる体操の指導をしている枚方のイングスポーツジムで11月15（土）,22（土）も指導いたします。体験会もしますので、皆さん是非お越しください（＾＾）
